For Christians it has become the first of all days, the first of all feasts, the Lord’s Day (he kuriake hemera, dies dominica)—Sunday: We all gather on the day of the sun, for it is the first day [after the Jewish sabbath, but also the first day] when God, separating matter from darkness, made the world; and on this same day Jesus Christ our Savior rose from the dead” (CCC  2174–2175).

Over 80 faith leaders have sent President Donald Trump a letter urging him to formally include a religion engagement group within the Group of 20 summit, to be hosted at Trump’s golf club in the Miami area this December.

In the official coalition letter, the leaders wrote to Trump, “The eyes of the world will be on you and America this year, and we pray you seize this opportunity to further cement your legacy as a stalwart defender of religious liberty when America’s security and spiritual well-being were under threat."

With four-fifths of the world’s population ascribing to a religion, a group like the G20 ought to take religion into consideration as it tries to achieve its laudable social and economic goals. The R20 would be a priority because it would have a “strong appeal” to a religious base. Cardinal Dolan emphasized religion as “the greatest source of soft power in much of the world”.

Global digital ID systems are experiencing rapid, widespread adoption, with a 2025 landscape report tracking over 280 active networks worldwide aiming to replace or supplement physical identification. Driven by the need to increase, secure, and streamline access to services, countries are accelerating the shift toward digital-first identification, with a target of providing legal identity to every person by 2030. 

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 16.9, aims to provide a "legal identity for all" by 2030. The European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDI) is currently being rolled out, with a target for all EU member states to offer them to citizens by 2026, aiming for universal access by 2030. Companies like Mastercard are moving toward "biometric checkout" (using palms or faces) by 2030. 

The global ID deadline confirms my theory that the end-times calendar begins in early 2030. I believe that, unlike the original digital ID wallet, enforcement of the "mark" will involve a personal choice to accept a bodily implant.
